Very freandly stuff, but not ready for negotiation. I wish you to be more flexible for the real buyers. Meby I could recommend you for someone else, but never come back myself. P. S. But trick with brake job receipt three years old was the best. Would be effective for random buyers. The for your time spent on my visit.
